Aerosol Suction & Decontamination Unit (ASDU)
In the wet environment of the mouth, dental machines operate at high speeds. They have the ability to produce Aerosol, which may contain germs. Special high-tech equipment has been installed in the Healthy Planet Clinics to reduce and clean the airborne aerosols produced during treatment. This technology employs high suction strength in conjunction with special filters such as high fibre Cotton filters, fiber-glass filters, HEPA (H13) filters, and activated carbon filters. All of this contributes to clean air in the operating room and clinic.
Constant Fumigation Device (CFD)
Healthy Planet clinics are regularly fumigated with Ultrasonic Humidifiers to ensure that they are free of all microbes such as viruses, fungi, bacteria, protozoa, algae, and their spores. These machines fully comply with European Directive LVD 2014/35/EU, have an LCD Touch Screen, and four fog heads out of the mist (fog amount up to 1800 ml/Hr).
DENTAL CHAIRS
Imported dental chairs from Healthy Planet prevent cross-contamination, ensuring the patient's safety. They have retractable valves to keep oral fluids from flowing back into the chair tubing. Most dental chairs allow these fluids to backflow into the tubing. Though the tubing is sterilised after use, it is far more effective to keep oral fluids from entering the tubing in the first place.
ROTARY TOOLS
Drilling rotary tools of the highest quality are imported by Healthy Planet from Germany and Japan. They allow doctors to drill with greater precision, allowing plaque and bacteria to be thoroughly removed from the site. This allows fillings to adhere properly to the cavity wall. Fillings last longer as a result.
X-RAYS
Healthy Planet clinics use cutting-edge x-ray technology to diagnose oral health issues in a painless and non-invasive manner. Though radiation can be harmful to one's health, Healthy Planet employs sophisticated, portable x-ray equipment that reduces exposure to negligible levels. To protect doctors and patients from radiation, Healthy Planet clinics also use lead aprons and lead thyroid collars. The principle requires medical facilities to identify and implement methods to reduce radiation exposure to medical personnel, patients, and clinical staff.
WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM
To ensure the safest possible water supply, Healthy Planet clinics use reverse osmosis (RO) filtration systems.
STERILIZATION AUTOCLAVES
Dental tools are sterilised in autoclaves by exposing them to high pressure, saturated steam. Healthy Planet autoclaves are imported from international manufacturers, and Healthy Planet doctors are trained in and follow strict tool sterilisation protocols.
DENTAL CONSUMABLES
The medicines, materials, and small pieces of equipment used in dental procedures are referred to as dental consumables. Consumables such as bonding agents, cements, files, and curing lights are used by Healthy Planets from leading suppliers such as European Ivoclar Vivadent and US-based 3M, Kerr, and DENTSPLY.
